Job Summary:
1. Administering high quality skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
2. Performing nursing service for patients in accordance with the physicians orders.
3. Delivering nursing care according to the standards of care defined within the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Clinical Practice.
4. Overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.
5. Conducting detailed clinical assessments prioritizing patient and family needs creating implementing and evaluating care plans.
6. Building relationships managing discomfort staying professional in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
7. Educating patients families nurses and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.

17. Having 1 years of US experience as a Registered Nurse and 1 years of medicine telemetry experience in an Acute Care inpatient hospital setting.
18. Being a Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
19. Holding an RN Registered Nurse License/Certification and BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
