Job Summary:

1. Administering high quality skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
2. Performing nursing service for patients in accordance with the physicians orders.
3. Delivering nursing care according to the standards of care defined within the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Clinical Practice.
4. Overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.
5. Conducting detailed clinical assessments prioritizing patient and family needs creating implementing and evaluating care plans.
6. Building relationships managing discomfort staying professional in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
7. Educating patients families nurses and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
8. Working with colleagues and the community to create a care plan.
9. Using different strategies for problemsolving with patients families and staff.
10. Achieving goals through teamwork recognizing contributions and committing to growth.
11. Demonstrating a deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards as well as procedures.
12. Respect for medical and professional nursing ethics and patient privacy rights.
13. Possessing exceptional communication skills allowing for clear expression of thoughts verbally and in writing.
14. Exhibiting positive social skills to facilitate interactions with a diverse range of parties.

16. Basic computer skills encompassing areas such as Microsoft Office information security scheduling and payroll systems electronic medical documentation and email.
17. Having 1 years of US experience as a Registered Nurse and 1 years of medicine telemetry experience in an Acute Care inpatient hospital setting.
18. Being a Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
19. Holding an RN Registered Nurse License/Certification and BLS Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
