Job Title: ServiceNOW Admin
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid work model with 3 days in office)
Key Requirement: Highly polished professional with U.S. citizenship
Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator certified
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in ServiceNow Administration
Skills: Knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables relationships CMDB CI relationship ITSM module LDAP and Active Directory structure
Understanding: ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models
Responsibilities: Administrating the ServiceNOW platform implementing data governance standards and processes validating stakeholder data creating documentation interacting with IT and business teams supporting live integrations providing guidance and implementing changes on the ServiceNow platform
Reporting: Reports to the Vice President of End User Services
Tasks: Perform operational administrative tasks assist in creating reports work with Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNOW Engineer in creating data governance processes identify deprecated data or functionality and plan for removal create documentation around data governance processes and active data points ensure new integrations adhere to data governance standards track platform licensing usage and ensure compliance.
