Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead crossfunctional teams in the successful execution of complex technical projects. This role involves strategic planning project management and effective communication to ensure project milestones are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive technical programs from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering product and design teams to define project scope deliverables and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
