Job Description
Position: Urgent Need Director of Nursing
Location: Las Cruces NM 88007
Payrate: $65$68/hr
Duration: 09 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 40 Hours
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Days: Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Manage and direct nursing staff including recruitment training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
- Coordinate patient care plans ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state).
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of nursing leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practice regulatory requirements and healthcare administration.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
