Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in the banking domain to lead and manage complex crossfunctional programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction execution and delivery of key banking initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership stakeholder management and project delivery skills to oversee endtoend program lifecycles in a fastpaced evolving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage largescale programs within the banking sector ensuring successful delivery on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to define program goals objectives and success criteria.
- Monitor and report on program performance risks and milestones to ensure effective execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including product owners business leaders and technical teams.
- Manage resources budgets and timelines for multiple simultaneous projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices within program execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10 years of experience in program management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of banking operations financial products and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- PMP PgMP or equivalent certifications.
