Job Description
Facility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct care to patients using the nursing process. This includes ongoing assessment of the total patient. The RN provides interventions to treat the presenting symptoms and evaluates the effect of nursing interventions and patient s responses. The RN functions as a team leader/member and resource to others. The RN delegates oversees and provides direction to support staff. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient. The RN is responsible for meeting the needs of all types of patients.

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday
On Call Requirements : No

Requirement description :
- 2 Years of Experience Required
- Travel Experience Preferred
- BLS (AHA) and CPI Required
- Expected to go into the pull rotation can be pulled to Rehab Med/Surg or Obs REQUIRED
Profile Requirements:- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- State Licensure & Certifications (MI Lara & BLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates 50 mile radius restriction for one 13 week contract)
