Job Description
Requirement description :
- At least 1 year of experience Required
- Experience with neurogenic patients Dysphagia preferred
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
- ACLS preferred please include in packet in addition to other certifications if traveler has this requirement
- Clinician may be required to float from Inpatient to Outpatient Rehab between CCMH & MTRNC Please confirm traveler is open to floating as needed prior to submission Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH ACLS AHA Preferred)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Oklahoma
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : At least 6 possible Saturdays to cover
