Job Description
Job Title: Design Engineer
Job Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2

Note: US Citizen are required for this position.
Job Description
- Experienced PWB designer to design/layout printed wiring boards (PWBs) for military/aerospace avionics and test applications.
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years recent PWB design layout experience using the Cadence Allegro design tool suite.
- Experience with high density complex multilayer boards (616 layers);
- Experience with layout of analog and digital circuits.
- Experience with layout/routing of highspeed digital and controlledimpedance circuits such as SERDES DDR3/DDR4 memory.
- Experience designing rigidflex assemblies.
- Ability to prepare artwork (ODB Gerbers) for fabrication of PWBs.
- Extensive experience with footprint/symbol creation and library management.
- Understanding of IPC2221 and IPC7351 specifications.
- AA/AS degree or other 2year post high school training with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to acquire security clearance.
Preferred
- Understanding of Printed Wiring Assembly manufacturing process.
- Experience with CAM350 and/or Valor DFM software tools.
- Experience with OrCAD Layout and Mentor PADS or Xpedition tool suite
