Job Description

Job Title: Legal Process Server

Work Location: Queen Anne MD

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals throughout AA County to print and deliver legal documents to individuals involved in civil lawsuits. You will ensure timely service while adhering to courtspecific deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Print legal documents received via email. (print reimbursement is paid per job on documents over 50 pages)
Make four attempts to serve documents to designated individuals. (Gas is not reimbursed)
Complete and sign a declaration of service for court filing.
Maintain responsive communication through email and text.

Qualifications:
Responsive and timely in communications.
Detailoriented and able to meet deadlines. (ex. 4 attempts must be completed within 12 days of receipt)
Techsavvy with a good understanding of apps and digital documentation.
Familiar with local roads for efficient travel.
Selfmotivated and organized.
Must be over 18

Required Resources:
Personal transportation (car).
Valid drivers license and insurance.
Active email address and internet access.
Valid bank account for direct deposit payments.
Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with app and camera capabilities.
Home printer capable of printing various document lengths.

Availability:
Weekday evenings (79 PM).
Weekends and some weekday mornings.
