About Us:
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee operations at our various properties located in Brookshire and Brenham Texas. In this role you will be responsible for creating leasing contracts for new tenants ensuring units are ready for occupancy fulfilling repair requests efficiently collecting monthly rents and tracking daily expenses. You will also provide regular status reports on the condition of the properties and address any issues that arise. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of property management experience and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
