Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Des Plaines IL

Responsibilities:
- Assist the branch manager in daily operations including accounts receivable inventory management and customer service.
- Maintain proper procedures for cash collection and manage aging accounts.
- Conduct monthly inventory and oversee order management processes.
- Support inside counter sales and maintain high customer service standards.
- Assist in supervising warehouse staff and managing scheduling and payroll.
- Participate in the hiring process and manage HR paperwork.
