Job Description
Job Title: Apartment Property Manager
Location: Eden NC
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: $60000 $63000 per year including health benefits life insurance paid
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a class B apartment community.
- Ensure compliance with lowincome housing programs (HUD BOND LIHTC etc.) as applicable.
- Manage tenant relations leasing processes and property maintenance.
- Supervise onsite staff and maintain records as required.
- Conduct tenant screening rental collection and reporting.
