Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant General Manager
Location: Greensboro NC
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: $100000 to start
About Us:
We offer a unique opportunity for seasoned fullservice restaurant managers to transition into the weekly and monthly apartment rental business. Our approach ensures a fiveday work week great benefits and paid vacations (one week in the first year two weeks in the second year and three weeks in the fifth year). Additionally we provide nine paid holidays competitive wages a monthly commission plan and a 401(k) package with a 3% company match.
We have positions available for Assistant Managers Managers and Managers in Training in the Dallas and San Antonio areas. Candidates must have at least five years of proven management experience in a fastpaced multirestaurant or multiproperty environment and be flexible with their availability as we operate seven days a week.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all aspects of renting apartments including conducting property tours.
- Overseeing prospect traffic and rental data.
- Being knowledgeable about our property offerings and those of competitors.
- Explaining rental agreements and enforcing property rules and regulations.
- Representing the Manager during their absence.
- Collecting rent and fees to minimize delinquency.
- Assisting in the eviction process for delinquent accounts.
- Collaborating with onsite staff to ensure apartments are movein ready.
- Maintaining company customer service standards and addressing resident concerns.
- Conducting daily inspections of common areas and participating in training.
