Currently we are partnered with a premier Kentuckybased healthcare system in search of a highly talented Emergency Department Manager to join their night shift leadership team.
Job Summary:
Lead and elevate the delivery of exceptional emergency care during night shift operations while fostering a culture of clinical excellence and patientcentered service. In this pivotal leadership role youll drive quality improvements mentor clinical staff and ensure optimal emergency department performance during critical night hours.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing strategic departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead and mentor a highperforming team of emergency care professionals during night shift operations
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation to maintain exceptional patient care standards
- Oversee quality metrics patient satisfaction and departmental performance indicators
- Manage departmental budget and resource utilization effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through evidencebased practices
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to enhance emergency care delivery
- Implement and monitor compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Kentucky (required)
- Strong foundation of clinical expertise with 3 years of Emergency or Intensive Care experience
- Track record of successful leadership in acute care settings
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Masters Degree advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fastpaced environments
- Excellence in team building and staff development
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
