Job Description
Job Title: RN ICU
Location: Plano TX
Specialty: Cardiovascular Telemetry PCU ICU CVICU
Patient Population: Patients dealing with various cardiovascular conditions and surgeries
Shift/Schedule: Full Time Night Shift 3/12s 7pm7am
Experience: At least one (preferably two) years of fulltime Cardiovascular Progressive Care or ICU experience
Patient Ratios: 1:4 (Tele); 1:3 (PCU); 1:2 (ICU); 1:1 (CVICU)
Responsibilities: Oversee patient care conduct detailed clinical assessments create and evaluate care plans build relationships with patients manage patient discomfort educate patients and families delegate tasks problem solve and promote teamwork.
Requirements: Deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards proficiency in medical terms respect for medical ethics and patient privacy exceptional communication skills excellent problemsolving capabilities basic computer skills and a current and valid nursing license.
