Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical to join a great Med/Surg team in Seattle WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing highquality patient care and be skilled in various nursing practices. As an RN you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs developing care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies. $15000 Hiring Bonus and relocation for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Nursing Professional Practice:
- Assess identify appropriate nursing diagnoses plan implement and evaluate patient care.
- Develop update and coordinate the patients plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate performing and maintaining essential competencies specific to the area of hire and populations served.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
Pay Range: $45.65 $84.03
