Job Description
Requirements
- Experienced Senior Mechanical Superintendent w/10 years min. experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt. on large Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil). Strong experience with HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment materials and installations.
- Excellent ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent skills to communicate collaborate and schedule and coordinate subcontractor work. Computer proficient is required and Procore. Experience preferred. Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor Projects preferred
Duties of Position
- Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project. Responsibilities include daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs. QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation startup & commissioning.
