Job Description
Role: Build Engineer
Location: Mechanicsburg PA
1. Experienced with following tools / technologies
a. Automated build tools Bamboo or Jenkins
b. Maven/Ant Scripting
c. Linux / Windows System administration
d. Experienced in UNIX shell Perl or similar scripting languages
e. Atlassian Tools Administration i.e. Jira/Jama/Confluence/FishEye
f. Source Control System SVN or CVS
g. WebSphere & MQ Administration
h. Foundation level knowledge on Elixir WebMethods Layer7
i. Exposure to Java Web Services and SoapUI
j. Basic Knowledge of databases
k. Knowledge on batch jobs / OpCon
2. Flexible to work after office hours weekends and on public holidays
3. Good written / verbal communication skills
4. Able to coordinate with multiple teams
5. Experienced in defining implementing or improving continuous integration and deployment workflow processes
6. Experienced with branching and merge strategies
7. Must be selfdriven and a team player with a solid work ethic
8. Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills required
9. BA/BS required in Computer Science or equivalent
