Job Description

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst ensures compliance with import/export regulations and supports supply chain operations across assigned regions working with vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and recommend updates to supply chain processes (SOPs work instructions).
  • Collaborate across teams (e.g. clinical sales legal) to manage product flow through the supply chain.
  • Assess and resolve supply chain issues with global vendors regarding cost quality delivery and service.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain performance.
  • Manage supply chain projects such as new product introductions (NPD).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations including FDA and ISO standards.
  • Work with external freight forwarders carriers and internal teams to maintain freight payment processes and improve logistics visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP software (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Strong problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics and compliance in the medical device industry.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 24 years of relevant experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with logistics management and freight systems is a plus.
  • Must adhere to EHS rules and take measures to ensure safety and environmental protection.
