• Ability to function independently under general guidance of the Director and follows the guidelines and protocols and/or policies and protocols specific to each unit. Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilizes time management communication planning delegating and problem solving in providing care. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Traveler MUST work ONE of the following:

New Year Eve/Day and weekend after

NonBillable Orientation: 8
Multipliers (OT Holiday CallBack): 1.25%

• 2 years current Med Surg experience
• IV experience REQUIRED
• BSN Preferred
• PEARS Pediatric Emergency Assessment and Stabilization preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
  

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile
