Effective Immediately Please include your New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/ Registration Certificate up front with all Nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary RN needs. If you have questions on this requirement please visit:

As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have deescalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI AVADE or MOAB. Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work ONE of the following:
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
NonBillable Orientation: 0hours
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%

- 2 years Med Surg experience
- Must be willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed
- EPIC experience
- ACLS Strongly Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Cover page (if available/not required)
- Work History
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS and PERM ADDRESS)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH license must be inhand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : None
