Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dog Daycare Attendant to join our growing team. In this role you will work with dogs of all sizes and temperaments ensuring their safety managing their behavior and providing toplevel care. You will assist with everything from supervising playgroups handling feeding schedules and administering medications to organizing and cleaning the daycare space. **Vet tech experience** is a plus as is a **dog behavior or training certification**.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage dog playgroups ensuring safe interactions and a positive environment for all dogs.
Feed dogs according to schedules and administer medications when necessary.
Monitor dog behavior and be able to recognize and respond to signs of stress anxiety or discomfort in dogs.
Clean and sanitize play areas kennels and common spaces to maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety.
Participate in enrichment activities like nature pack hikes which are essential for dogs physical and mental wellbeing.
Maintain open and clear communication with the rest of the team and dog owners about each dogs day behavior and any concerns.
Restock and organize supplies to keep the daycare running smoothly.
Qualifications:
23 years of experience in a dog daycare facility or as a professional dog walker.
Knowledge of canine behavior pack dynamics and experience with dog handling in a daycare or group setting.
Dog behavior or training certification preferred.
Vet tech experience a plus
Must be comfortable with cleaning duties and be physically active as this role requires being on your feet interacting with dogs and maintaining the facility.
