Job Title: Machine Shop Helper
Work location: Cleveland TX

Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the smooth transition and transport of parts from the machine shop to inspection.
Assist with maintenance and Lubrication on machines within the Machine Shop.
Ensure machine shop is clean in appearance including removing trash and sweeping as required.
Successfully operate forklift and move pallets of goods throughout shop floor.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or G.E.D. required.
Minimum of one year of general assistant experience in a large machinery/equipmentmanufacturing environment strongly desired.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to read a tape measure required.
Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment proactively contributing ideas to improve operations required.
Demonstrated ability to be adaptable tactful and selfdirected when faced with tight deadlines and fluid environments required.
Basic oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English required.
Must possess a proven history of being reliable with excellent attendance.
Conduct oneself with the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
