Required:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working as a Veterinary Customer Service liaison / Receptionist and have some animal handling training
Experience and excellent people and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. (These skills are mandatory)
Tasks: scheduling answering phones and working with medical records and veterinary software as well as experience handling animals and assisting doctors and technicians
These positions are ideally suited to mature compassionate animal and people lovers with exceptional customer service organizational skills and technician assistant skills. To be successful in the role you will require:
Candidates should be able to handle 23 calls at a time schedule client appointments use the client database for followup calls and entering records greet clients fax receive records interact well with clients and support the other team members in a growing veterinary practice.
