Apartment Property Manager: Free Apartment Included
An independently owned apartment community is seeking to immediately hire an experienced property manager for a class B apartment community in (North) Lancaster Texas 75134. A minimum of 3 years experience as a property manager is required and preference will be given to any candidate who has worked with lowincome rent programs (HUD BOND LIHTC etc..). The position offers a salary of $60 $63K per year with health benefits life insurance paid holidays and accrued PTO. A free onsite apartment is included with the position.
