Administrative / Accounting Clerk
Administrative / Acconting Clerk needed for immediate hire for busy CPA firm in Round Rock. Position available for candidate capable of working in a high paced professional accounting office.
The ideal candidate should have a friendly and upbeat personality with applicable work history. Duties will include answering phones greeting clients posting and assembling client packets filing copying scanning along with other duties based on office needs and candidates capabilities.
Position provides opportunities for advancement.
Ideal candidate must be reliable highly organized detail oriented a quick learner and a selfstarter that can work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment and have exceptional customer service skills.
Experience working with all MS Office products essential. QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience is a definite plus. Must be detail oriented organized and punctual.
These positions are full time or 30 hours at minimum during business hours 8:30 to 5. Salary depends on experience.
