Track drivers locations
Enter info into various spreadsheets
Respond to emails requesting updates on shipments
Answer and redirect phone calls
Assist dispatchers with load schedules
File and sort paperwork
Basic duties of a secretary for a logistic company
Requirements:
2 years experience in an office position
Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
Monday to Friday 8am5pm
YARD ASSISTANT
Job Description and Duties:
Conduct daily vehicle inspections
Wash interior and exteriors of trucks and trailers
Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment conditions and vehicle problems
Keep work area tools and equipment organized and in clean and working condition
Filing of daily maintenance reports from the mechanics
Requirements:
Bilingual fluent in Spanish
