Job Description
Assumes responsibility for decontamination cleaning processing and sterilization of supplies instrumentation and equipment dispensed to all surgical locations and other housewide areas.
Consistently uses an outward mindset and puts forth exemplary effort in accomplishing his/her goals and objectives in a manner that helps others to achieve their goals and objectives.
Disassembles sterilizes and disinfects all surgical equipment.
Participates in receipt storage and distribution of supplies and instruments needed for Operating Rooms.
Sterilizes and disinfects all surgical instruments.
Requirement description : JOB IS FOR A SPECIFIC TRAVELER
- 2 years of SPT experience Required
- IAHSCMM cert highly preferred
- CSP Certified Required
- BLS Required upon start date
- SurgiDat Program Experience Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- HSPA (IAHCSMM)
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements :
On Call Requirements : On call rotation
