Job Description:
We are searching for service technicians with a positive attitude and strong work ethic as you will be working closely with our loyal clients and the CCO team to deliver the best quality service. Our objective is to acquire train and retain loyal employees.
Role Description
This Service Technician position is a fulltime onsite entrylevel role with room for growth. The Service Technician will be responsible for takedown rehangs and installment of window treatments; cleaning assigned fabric upholstered items including patio furniture; and cleaning stage curtains for schools and theaters in the surrounding Dallas TX area. The Service Technician will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients. Additional important aspects of the role are that the Service Technician 1) must maintain an organized workspace to prevent accidents inside and outside a clients residence 2) carry out a quality check upon the completion of each service to ensure all areas are clean and have a showready appearance 3) regularly perform routine maintenance on all equipment.
**We will provide tools and training to all new hires; no years of experience required**
Requirements they must:
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Possess a valid Drivers License
- Have a clean driving record
- Complete a background screening showcasing a clear background no felonies or misdemeanors
- Have a high school diploma GED or excellent work history
- Be willing to work some Saturdays (seasonally as needed will be paid overtime)
- Have a professional appearance and attitude
- Be able to lift at least 40 lbs
- Be comfortable with heights; Safely use ladders up to 20 feet
