Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service ensuring that every client receives a high standard of cleaning that meets their expectations. The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team utilizing effective cleaning techniques and products.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various flooring types.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with team members when necessary to achieve optimal results in larger projects or during peak times.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning commercial cleaning or housekeeping is a must.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results consistently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
