We are currently interviewing for parttime Culinary Instructors who can demonstrate a wide range of technical knowledge and skills. Candidates should be familiar with a variety of culinary approaches ranging from basic knife skills to sausage making to regional French cooking regional Chinese cooking and more. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to learn and teach topics and types of cuisines previously unfamiliar to them. Training provided. Our approach is based on culinary technique along with knowledge of ingredients styles and traditions relative to the given cuisine.
