Job Description

We are currently seeking parttime Food & Beverage Attendants with a combination of breakfast lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks this role has plenty of variety. 

Youll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):

  • Greet and welcome guests assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings; 
  • Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s) following set opening closing and daily procedures; 
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station whist on shift and 
  • Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.

Qualifications :

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate; 
  • Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends; 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail; 
  • Passion for customer service and 
  • Point of Sale (POS) experience desirable.
