Job Description
Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow they are seeking a Service Technician to join their team. The position may require you to travel to different countries within the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our cleaning robots.
- Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots and certify them for proper operation.
- Address technical inquiries quickly identify issues and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues both onsite and for factory returns.
- Stay updated on the latest robot technologies and use this knowledge to assist customers.
- Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.
- Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support training and troubleshooting services.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in electrical electronics or mechanical engineering.
- 23 years in technical support or servicing ideally in robotics or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Uptodate knowledge of the latest advancements in cleaning robot technologies.
- Must be willing to travel for customer support and training.
- Class 3 driving license is a plus.
