What the role will entail
- Performs all tellering and billspay transactions
- Performs processing of outward clearing items
- Preparation of MC/GC. DD Telegraphic Transfer
- Preparation of EOD Cash Proof Sheet
- Processing of the following if knowledgeable: SDB Applications Bank Certifications Applications SPO Applications Replacement of Debit Cards PIN regeneration Orders of Preencoded checkbooks Orders of Reordered checkbooks
- Store Loans if knowledgeable (Domestic Bills Purchase BacktoBack Loans MC Accommodation)
- Payroll uploading
- Cocustodian of nonworking supply of accountable forms in the inventory (Passbook Preencoded checkbooks MC/GC & DD TD Certificates Counterchecks)
- Handles working supply of accountable forms assigned for daytoday operations.
What were looking for
- Must have at least 2 years of branch banking experience for New Accounts Associates.
- For Tellers at least 2 years relevant experience/experience in Customer Service or Accounting or Financerelated roles.
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and other related courses.
