Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate support to seniors with their daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a genuine interest in providing care for the elderly population. As a caregiver your responsibilities will include assisting seniors with activities such as bathing dressing grooming meal preparation medication reminders and light housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to seniors in a respectful and compassionate manner
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks adhering to dietary requirements
Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Monitor and report any changes in the seniors condition to medical professionals or family members
Provide companionship and engage seniors in meaningful social activities
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the senior
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Knowledge of basic caregiving skills and techniques
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
