Job Description
We are a fastgrowing company dedicated to creating seamless customized experiences for our clients. Were looking for a highly organized and creative Itineraries Specialist to design and coordinate unique and memorable journeys for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design personalized itineraries tailored to each clients needs and preferences.
Research destinations activities and experiences to create unique recommendations.
Manage schedules and bookings for accommodations transportation and activities.
Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
Handle adjustments or changes with professionalism and efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
A passion for creating meaningful and wellplanned experiences.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in planning or coordinating itineraries is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).
