Position: Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and be able to perform a variety of tasks including installation maintenance and repair. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and work with a team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to chillers boilers rooftop units and VRF systems
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to any HVACrelated problems
Keep accurate records of all work performed including parts used and labor hours
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology
Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours emergency service calls
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and their components
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
EPA Universal Certification preferred
