Position: Commercial Chiller Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Chiller Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems with a focus on commercial chillers. This is a fulltime yearround position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on commercial chiller systems
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with chillers and related equipment
Install repair and replace chiller components such as compressors condensers and evaporators
Maintain accurate records of work performed parts used and time spent on each job
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep uptodate with industry developments and best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with commercial chillers
High school diploma or equivalent technical school or HVAC certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in oncall rotation
