Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and elevate clinical operations for a comprehensive outpatient cancer center ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Drive strategic growth initiatives while maintaining operational excellence and financial performance
- Build and mentor highperforming teams across multiple disciplines
- Partner with physicians and staff to implement innovative cancer treatment protocols
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain prestigious accreditations
- Champion quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Experience leading teams in oncology or cancer center settings
- Track record of successful collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated success in operational management and strategic planning
- Current RN licensure in Montana or ability to obtain
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
- Strong financial acumen and business management capabilities
- Excellence in building relationships and fostering team development
