Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive clinical excellence by leading and mentoring a dedicated nursing team in delivering evidencebased behavioral health care
- Champion patientcentered care initiatives that improve outcomes and enhance the treatment experience
- Develop and implement innovative nursing protocols that advance our standards of psychiatric care
- Build strong interdisciplinary partnerships with physicians staff and community partners
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Oversee nursing operations including staffing scheduling and resource management
- Guide professional development of nursing staff through mentorship and growth opportunities
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Experience leading nursing teams in behavioral health/psychiatric settings with a track record of improving patient outcomes
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and current unencumbered Washington State RN license
- Strong background in behavioral health/psychiatric care delivery
- Proven ability to build and lead highperforming healthcare teams
- Commitment to evidencebased practice and quality improvement
- Excellence in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
- Passion for advancing behavioral healthcare and serving vulnerable populations
