Job Summary:
Autonomy Staffing is hiring experienced Construction Laborers to support our clients in the Columbia SC area. This role is ideal for individuals with prior construction experience who possess their own reliable transportation basic tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction duties including site preparation material handling and cleanup.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project specifications.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures scaffolding and barricades.
- Ensure the worksite is safe and organized at all times.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is required.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic hand tools and PPE (including hard hat gloves safety glasses and steeltoe boots).
- Strong work ethic punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience.
