Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive clinical excellence by leading the strategic direction of comprehensive cardiovascular services including Cath Lab Endoscopy Vascular and Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Transform patient care delivery through innovative quality improvement initiatives and evidencebased practices
- Build and mentor highperforming teams across multiple cardiovascular service areas
- Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
- Lead budget management and resource allocation to ensure department sustainability
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state
- 35 years of supervisory experience in Cardiac Cath lab setting
- 5 years training education and/or experience as Cardiac Cath Lab RN
- BLS certification (within 30 days) and ACLS certification (within 90 days) of hire
- Track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities
- Excellence in team leadership and staff development
- Commitment to patientcentered care and operational excellence
