Your Impact & Contributions:
- Drive clinical and operational excellence across the emergency department ensuring exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Lead and develop a highperforming team of emergency medicine professionals
- Oversee and enhance the hospitals trauma program ensuring compliance with state requirements
- Implement innovative strategies to improve emergency department efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Foster collaboration between emergency services and other healthcare disciplines
- Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics and patient care standards
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of clinical leadership excellence in emergency medicine
- Experience developing and mentoring healthcare professionals
- Strong focus on quality improvement and patient satisfaction
- Background in trauma program management
- Expertise in emergency department operations and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to lead change and drive organizational improvements
- Current RN license in Iowa or compact state
- Current BLS certification (ACLS PALS and TNCC certification obtainable after hire)
