- POSITION: Director of Surgery Services
- LOCATION: Fort Mohave AZ

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and transform surgical services operations driving excellence in patient care delivery
- Develop and mentor a highperforming team of perioperative professionals
- Spearhead quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes
- Establish and maintain best practices in surgical services compliance and safety
- Drive strategic planning and implementation of service line growth
- Foster collaborative relationships with physicians staff and hospital leadership
What You Bring to Succeed:
- BSN required MSN preferred
- Current Arizona RN license or Compact State license
- Active ACLS and PALS certification (required upon hire)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Surgical Services in a critical care setting
- CNOR certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in surgical services leadership
- Strong track record of quality improvement and team development
- Experience with strategic planning and program growth
