Your Impact & Contributions:

  • Drive financial performance by monitoring and analyzing key revenue metrics across multiple facilities
  • Lead strategic revenue cycle initiatives resulting in improved operational efficiency and reduced AR disputes
  • Partner with hospital CFO to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
  • Guide crossfunctional teams in resolving complex revenue cycle challenges
  • Serve as an internal consultant to optimize charge collection and billing processes
  • Direct preparation and maintenance of facility charge masters ensuring compliance and accuracy

What You Bring to Succeed:

  • Track record of leading revenue cycle improvements in multifacility healthcare settings
  • Experience analyzing managed care contracts and implementing revenue optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to identify trends and implement solutions
  • Background in healthcare financial systems and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelors degree in business health administration or related field
  • 8 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
