Job Description

Our Client is seeking a midlevel associate for our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago Kansas City Denver Dallas or Philadelphia offices.

Qualified candidates should have 3 years of experience in a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters including: drafting design implementation and administration of taxqualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans; executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions; taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code); and design and drafting of employment and other executive compensation arrangements.

Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement law firm experience and superb writing drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice.


Compensation: Salary will range between $230000 $330000 depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical Insurance dental insurance life insurance disability insurance voluntary insurance including vision 401(k) plan and paid time off.
