Job Description
Our Client is seeking a midlevel associate to join our Hatch Waxman Practice Group in our Intellectual Property Department. This position is open to all our firm offices with a preference for New York Chicago Boston Washington DC or Philadelphia.
Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills with a preference for candidates with technical degrees in chemistry biology or a related field. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of Hatch Waxman litigation experience.
Candidates should have experience drafting briefs and participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery.
