Job Description

Our Client is currently seeking a litigation associate to join the firms WinstonSalem office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in the state and around the country. They are looking for an associate with 35 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fastpaced litigation practice.

Experience as a federal court clerk is especially valued. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition and court experience as well as experience with legal research drafting motions and briefs managing complex ediscovery preparation of deposition outlines and exhibits and with skills in fact investigation and fact development. They also expects all associates to meaningfully participate in business development efforts and to value diversity as a core professional benefit.

Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
