- Lead and transform the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry departments by implementing evidencebased practices that enhance patient outcomes
- Drive excellence in nursing care delivery through mentorship staff development and clinical expertise
- Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and department performance
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of elevating nursing care standards and staff performance in acute care settings
- Experience fostering collaborative relationships across departments and disciplines
- Demonstrated success in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Strong foundation in regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
- Active California Professional Nursing License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Passion for developing future nursing leaders and maintaining a positive work environment
