Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Engineer to lead and elevate our clients environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. In this role youll work at the forefront of environmental programs collaborating across teams to ensure regulatory compliance and drive sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Policy Leadership: Develop implement and manage comprehensive environmental policies and procedures overseeing the Company Environmental System (CES) to ensure strong regulatory compliance.
- Risk Assessment & CAPA Implementation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify environmental hazards and implement targeted Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
- Technical Support for Remediation: Provide expertise and technical guidance for environmental remediation projects supporting internal and external teams for optimal results.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with site personnel to enhance environmental programs align with regulations and foster a culture of proactive improvement.
- Incident Management & Reporting: Lead environmental incident investigations oversee incident reporting and manage environmental targets and objectives.
- Scientific Analysis & Quality Assurance: Analyze environmental data and conduct quality checks to support informed decisionmaking and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare review and submit Environmental Compliance Reports ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Audit Facilitation: Conduct internal audits and participate in external environmental audits to maintain high compliance standards.
- New Product Compliance: Collaborate on New Product Introductions to meet all environmental compliance requirements.
- Training Program Leadership: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
